If your a fellow Brit please use Miami Executive Car Service *WOW* Absolutely outstanding experience from MECS, I booked a couple of months prior to our trip ( travelled from the U.K. 🇬🇧) and we’re flying into Miami for a few days prior to our Princess cruise from Port Everglades. Firstly I love the chat function which made organising pick up times really clear and simple… paying the invoice also very simple so anyone reading this travelling from the U.K. please use this company as they are brilliant!. Unfortunately our flight from Heathrow got cancelled just as we were due to board so we got put on the next BA flight the following morning. I contacted Edison & Maria to let them know about our flight changes and they couldn’t have been more accommodating.. completely put my mind at ease. Those of you who know MIA arrivals know how long it can take sometimes to get through boarder control… this time around 2 hours!!!! Anyway we were greeted by a wonderful smile from Maria who took us to our limo. Fresh water, air conditioning and great conversation ensued until we got to our hotel at South Beach. Ocean Drive is now closed to traffic so Maria dropped us as close as she could get which was like 50 yds away from our hotel 😊. We’d also arranged to be picked up a few days later and driven to Port Everglades… once again perfection from Edison who got us to the port in no time at all. The #1 car service I have ever used in the USA, I wish they were in all cities, but either way when ever we are in Miami they’ll have my business and business of my family!. Any Brits reading this review please use this car service you won’t regret it!

Wonderful experience! Everything from the initial booking to picking us up from the Port of Miami went extremely smoothly! We had a delay in our arrival to the port and they were extremely accommodating and were ready and waiting for us when we got off our cruise ship.

The best Miami Day We hired Miami Executive Car Service after disembarking our cruise in Miami. Edison is who we initially communicated with and he was professional, courteous and prompt. We had a late flight that evening so we decided we wanted to see Miami for the day. Enrique, our driver, was amazing! We hit all of the iconic Miami spots. We were able to stop and walk around at any time, he really wanted us to experience all the wonderfulness Miami has to offer. He even took us by to the see the Hard Rock Stadium which was a must see for my Dad. The vehicle was beautiful and fit the five of us very comfortably, plus our luggage. Enrique was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and very personable. I will definitely use Miami Executive Car Service when visiting Miami in the future. We couldn't have asked for a better day in Miami.
